The littles are not huge breakfast eaters.  They prefer cereal or smoothies, and I am great with that most days.  It is easy, and sometimes easy is good. There are other days when I want something a little different.  Today was one of those days. I checked the pantry and refrigerator and decided to create something new. Summer Fun: Make Popsicles – Recipe: Strawberry, Cream, & Blueberry Popsicles

Since I told the littles that I would try to make popsicles every week, I decided that they would make a perfect snack for today. And, these are not just any popsicles, either. We wanted them to be red, white, and blue to celebrate Independence Week. I knew exactly which ones I wanted to try. Easter Weekend Things – Recipe: Strawberry Nutella French Toast

We have had such a fun, relaxing weekend.  It started with a little stress because Gabriel had an asthma flare-up, which landed us in the doctor’s office on Thursday afternoon while Ethan was at occupational and speech therapy.  But, we have adjusted his medicine, and he is feeling much better.  From there, we started our weekend of fun. 1.  While our report cards were delayed for technical reasons, we still chose to celebrate Report Card Day on Thursday.  We celebrate that the boys Continue…
