Happiness is family. Happiness is looking back with fondness on old memories while looking forward with anticipation to new ones. Happiness is watching sweet littles take care of a special pet for their brother. Happiness is baking with the littles with the Easy Bake Oven.  Thank you, Uncle Steve and Aunt Jessica! It has been a great Christmas break.  As a family, this is a time that we look forward to, that we cherish, each year.  We are able to just be together as a family and truly enjoy the season. It is as a family of five where we all thrive.  We are our best when we are together.  We all feel that way.  I definitely notice it with myself, and, over time, I have noticed it with each member of the family. As you have probably noticed, I have not been blogging much this week.  Our days have been filled with organizing, cleaning, catching up, preparing for 2012, and playing.  I set a goal to get everything done by tomorrow afternoon so that we can shut down to have total family time from Friday evening through Monday night.  We have great plans to eat good food, watch movies, play games, watch football, and have fun.
