We had a loaf of bread left-over from our days of eating wheat and gluten. We had bought it for our vacation because I did not have time to bake a fresh loaf of bread. Oh, how I miss baking bread. I will again; I just have to experiment with gluten and wheat free breads. I will get there because my kids love bread, and I love cooking for my kids.
Anyway, I did not want to waste the bread, so I told the kids that we would go feed it to the ducks at the park. They were beyond excited to share. They loved feeding the ducks, and the ducks loved the extra food source for the day.
- Breakfast – Granola, apples, bananas, nectarines, cashew butter
- Lunch – Leftovers
- Dinner – Chicken and vegetable stir-fry (recipe to be posted later)
- Dessert – Chocolate chip cookies (recipe to be posted later)
- Snack – Popcorn, juice
