Today is the first official day of our new cooking journey. We just returned from the beach yesterday, so I am still wrapping my brain around menu planning and grocery shopping. But, it is a good time to begin something new. We had a great, relaxing time at the beach, and we feasted on some food that we will not be eating for the next few months.
So, here is our menu for today.
Breakfast: Boiled Eggs, Bacon, Diced Potatoes, Orange Juice, Coconut Milk
Lunch: Lentil Soup, Fruit Salad, Juice or Soy Milk
Dinner: Salmon or Orange Roughy, Carrots, Green Beans, Lemon Sorbet
